We had a delightful experience working with Satish Manjunath at Happy Journey Travel & Tours during our recent visit / 14-day stay in Abu Dhabi. We recently visited Georgia in July 2023 through a tour package which was arranged by Happy Journey Travel. We coordinated with Mr. Satish Manjunath who was very accommodating of our travel requirements. He provided multiple options and included the places we had requested to visit along with the standard tour pack places with minimal additional costs. We were a group of 4 travellers and he ensured that our hotel and flights were comfortable and within our price range. They arranged a great travel guide and driver with a comfortable vehicle who were with us throughout the trip. We manage a VVIP business office here in Abu Dhabi. Previously done with internal staff, we now use Happy Journey Travel and Tours almost exclusively for our travel arrangements. These trips involve as many as15 VVIP pax, and involve last minute and changing plans, multiple destinations, and very, very particular clients. Very well organised trip. Ganesh from UAE was very attentive and receptive of our queries and prompt to help in times of need. The local tour operators were extremely good, polite and ensured that we had a good and pleasant time in Kashmir, taking us to all the customary tourist spots. An additional issue cropped up at departure involving my husband's health, he had to be hospitalised in Srinagar. Sameer and Samin were with us constantly, supporting us in our time of need, in an unfamiliar place. When my daughter and myself were hesitant to take any food from outside restaurants, they brought us homemade meals to sustain us through the ordeal. I would also like to comment on the excellent medical care we received from Khyber hospital in Kashmir. Now we are back in Dubai feeling happy about our trip and relieved to be back home safe and healthy. I recommend this tour agency to everyone planning any group trips or individual ones. ~ Raeba M

It was my absolute best decision to plan my Swiss holidays with my family with happy Journey travel and tours LLC in mushriff mall. We planned our holidays for 7 days and covered mind blogging natural heavenly places in Switzerland. Kids absolutely loved it. Great service. Extremely quick with all correspondences. They were very helpful in getting a visa and ticket for me. Very friendly too. I originally could not locate them but I gave them a call and were very helpful telling me their location. They were even able to do many things using WhatsApp and over the phone. Only downside is they did not accept all credit cards so I had to pay cash. They did have an ATM near by and escorted me to it. Very useful company. If I am in need of their services again I will definitely use them. ~ Michael K

Hi, We had a wonderful experience with *Happy Journey Travels & Tours* during our recent trip to Dubai. From the very beginning, the team helped us plan and curate the best itinerary for our trip. Everything, including the hotel stay, travel arrangements, and drivers, was very well organized. The drivers were professional and always stayed in touch with us, which made the whole trip very comfortable. Even when an unexpected situation with flight cancellations happened, the team handled everything with utmost care and responsibility. FANTASTICAL". We booked our tour through Happy Journey from abudhabi. I guess that's all we had to do... Just choose and book. Rest all was taken care of by them. # airline experience was nice. Departure was from abudhabi itself saving us the hassle to travel to another emirate. # on landing in Tbilisi, a dedicated team of local representatives of the company were available 24/7 on Watsapp. #Brim hotel in Tbilisi was nice with spacious room for 4 people, good housekeeping standard and hotel staff attitude was friendly and approachable. (Tornike who was a attendant at the restaurant was particularly worth mentioning ) # Now comes the highlight of the tour.... Our tour guide. It is very essential to have a safe, trustworthy, genuine, well informed and a reliable tour guide in a country that is unknown to visiting tourists. GIORGI was that person.
